We tried one of the new activities I made for my St. Patrick’s Day Unit. We surveyed our classmates on baked potato toppings, ate the potatoes, and then wrote about our conclusions. I was so impressed that all 23 first graders tried the potatoes and not one student said they didn’t like it. Some children even discovered broccoli and came up for seconds. It is always so much fun when food is involved!
