Tops and Bottoms written by Janet Stevens is a wonderful tale about how hard work pays off. The lazy bear lets the hare do all of the work and in the end, it backfires. This story is great for teaching message to readers. This activity pack is filled with comprehension strategies to focus on the Common Core State Standards.
