I am so excited to share the book A Little Spot of Kindness by Diane Alber with my first graders. Not only is this a great book for back to school, but it is also wonderful for building a positive classroom community. This activity pack has positive posters to remind students of ways they can show kindness daily. There are ideas for a classroom incentive kindness jar as well. Together you can review ways to show kindness with the classroom scenario sort. Also included is a fun be kind spot craft. I can’t wait to read this on the first week of school. This unit can be used for distance learning and google classroom with the new TpT digital tool.
