Reindeer Theme Day

Are you trying to find a way to keep your students engaged and learning with all of the holiday excitement? Themed days may be just for you. During Reindeer Day, you can read your choice of suggested reindeer stories and complete the reading comprehension activities included. There is a letter to send home, a special snack, a door banner, and more. You could run centers for the day or complete the activities together. The choices are endless. There is a reindeer craft activity, writing activities, an original poem with extensions, math games, math task cards, phonics, and word work activities. Students can use the mini book provided to make reindeer food for Christmas and then complete the How To writing to go along with it. It will be a fun-filled day that is sure to engage your students.
